Avalanche Studios is known for Just Cause and Mad Max, but at one point, it partnered up with Marvel Games to bring to life a new Iron Man game back in the early 2010s. Said game would end up canceled, but recently footage has appeared online.
Uploaded to Internet Archive by the same person behind some Grand Theft Auto V leaks, as well as leaks surrounding Rockstar’s canceled espionage action game, Agent. The footage was split up into eight different videos, including a 2012 build that looked like it was made for that year’s E3.
The footage seen looks like it would’ve taken cues from the Marvel Cinematic Universe at the time and would’ve included an upgrade system, as well.

According to the leaker, the footage is from a restored PS3 development kit and looks like it would’ve released on Xbox 360, as well, but a PC release was also all-too-possible.
Unfortunately, company politics and tight deadlines got in the way of development and it would end up canceled.
