Hatsune Miku “Magical Mirai 2026” Final Tokyo Night Show Coming to Blu-ray

Hatsune Miku “Magical Mirai 2026” is an event that combines 3DCG live performances by Miku Hatsune and other virtual singers with an exhibition that allows visitors to experience the joy of creativity. A Blu-ray and DVD of the entire evening performance, held in Tokyo on Sunday, August 30, will be released on February 3, 2027.

This year marks the 14th iteration of the event, held under the theme “Sonare of the Lake.” It took place at Acto City Hamamatsu (Hamamatsu venue) from July 24 to July 26, at INTEX Osaka (Osaka venue) from August 14 to August 16, and at Makuhari Messe (Tokyo venue) from August 28 to August 30. This was the first time the event was held in Hamamatsu.

Both the standard and limited editions contain a full recording of the final evening show in Tokyo. The bonus disc included with the limited edition version contains songs not performed during the evening show as well as a video titled “Focus on Singers,” which contains footage focusing exclusively on the virtual singers. The package artwork features the main event visual illustrated by Wata. Limited edition versions come in a deluxe case with a translucent special finish inspired by this year’s theme “Sonare of the Lake.”
