Prospect Gaming releases Prospector Wilds: Get Lit with TNT Multiplier mechanic

The new Hold & Win entry expands on earlier series titles with a row-and-reel multiplier mechanic that scales coin values during respins.

Hold & Win slots with expanding grids have become a fixture of mid-tier studio output as developers compete to differentiate familiar formats. Prospect Gaming, the slot studio within 1X2 Network, released Prospector Wilds: Get Lit on 14 September 2026.

Hold & Win feature and grid expansion

Prospector Wilds: Get Lit is a high-volatility slot with three RTP variants, 95%, 93%, and 91%, and a betting range of £0.10 to £45.00 per spin.

The game’s central mechanic is the Hold & Win feature, triggered by landing six or more Gold Coins. On activation, the grid expands from its base format to a 5×5 layout and awards three respins, which reset each time a new symbol lands.

According to 1X2 Network’s official game page, the feature triggers at a rate of 1 in 146 spins under standard play, or 1 in 65 spins with the Ante Bet active.

TNT Multiplier mechanic

The game’s headline addition is the TNT Multiplier. Each time a TNT symbol lands during Hold & Win, all coins in the same row and reel receive a +1x multiplier, scaling their cash values until the feature concludes.

The mechanic is designed to create compounding value across the grid rather than applying a single fixed multiplier, giving the feature a degree of variability depending on symbol placement. The title carries a maximum win potential of 5,500x the stake.

Three entry routes into Hold & Win

Players can reach the Hold & Win feature via three routes:

• Random Coin Showers can trigger it at any point during the base game
• The Ante Bet doubles the probability of activation
• Buy In option grants direct access to the feature for those who prefer to bypass the base game entirely
